Upgrade: Almost 2 weeks later still struggling

Called online Upgrade to upgrade my contract to iPhone 5 and as per all the ads was promised next day delivery and as it was friday it would be monday. Called monday afternoon to be told that the agent never processed the upgrade so i did it through online chat. (Have the full transcript as proof). So waiting again and nothing happens until i call again on Friday 1 Nov just to be told oh sorry they tried to deliver but the address was wrong. I been working at that address in witkopoen road for 5 years but anyway and how absurd when the Vodacom asked me if my contact number is 083... where i just had a heart attack. I am the customer of vodacom but they ask me if I am MTN??? I traced my phone to isando Ram couriers and even wanted to fetch it seeing they are too clueless. I was told its a security RISK. so after looooong wait yesterday i took delivery. Went to get my Nano sim just to discover Menlyn gave me another micro sim. How clever once again. Went back to swop for the second time. Was sent to customer care to be told it WILL work. Waited the whole day today. Phoned at 4pm to enquire why the sim was not active. To be told it wasnt done properly. Etc etc etc etc still waiting
