i took my blackberry to cell c in sandton for repair 2 weeks back, the service was great.then i was called by someone from cell c with their call centre number on Tuesday .she was asking me if I'm accepting to fix the phone & pay or to reject it&send my phone back without being fixed.i understand that each & every company there's policies, but why did they keep my phone for 2 weeks without telling me that i must pay for repair? now i don't have a phone cause i don't have that kind of money now.it tooks 2 weeks to tell me how much to pay them but it took 2 days to bring my phone back to the store for me to collect it
I'm really not happy cause now my phone is not fixed & they cant help me
