I took my phone in for repairs on the 26 jan 2013, then i got sms's saying that i should call them 3 weeks after i took it in how pathetic!! they said they only going to repair the phone of course the phone needed to be repaired hence i took it in. a consultant said it would only take 3 weeks to fix my phone. i got an sms to collect my phone on the 19th of march, got there and a consultant checked for my phone for 20minutes and i was told that they do not have my phone. then why did cell c send me an sms to collect my phone while it is still somewhere!!!??? i had to leave work early for nothing and wasting my petrol just to show up cresta cell c branch. i have never thought it could take nearly 2months to repair a phone.it is the 20th March 2013 and i still havent received my phone. if this is the kind of service i'm getting i wonder how many customers are subjected to the same horrible service from the cresta cell c branch.
