So sick and tired of being shunted around and no one taking any form of problem ownership!
I sent my phone into the Green stone Branch for repair - my fault I dropped it and am willing to pay for the repair.
No one at the Green Stone branch has any interest in the repair once the phone is handed in. The client is told to wait for a call from the repair centre.
So I waited patiently for 3 weeks! The call came through with a quotation amount. The question I ask is what have cell c been doing with my phone for 3 weeks!
To which the they answer, we have sent you an sms earlier. Um hello who has my cell phone, and you have an office line which you now contacting on. The reply was "sorry now can we fix your phone."
Fine fix it please I need it and it's already been 3 weeks, I then ask, when will it be done?
"About 10 days then, the courier will collect it and Green Stone will call you."
"But first you must pay" was the next response. Can't pay the branch when I collect the phone - no you must pay now!
Come on Cell how difficult do you guys want to make it?
