Charge for repair within warrenty

I gave my blackberry in for repairs.
It was not the 1st time, probably the 4th. I have had issues with it since the very 1st day.
I received it back and instantly had another issue, it did not even switch on. I gave it back and then they phoned me and said it will cost R5900 because of water damage. It seems when they don't want to repair it they say it is water damage.

For that price i can buy a new phone.

Now i am in a catch 22 because it is my word against theirs, i know for a fact that it is definitely not water damage.

I have been a loyal paying Vodacom customer for 11 years and this is ridiculous.
