So I had an issue with my blackberry and booked it in on the 17 april 2013. I asked 4 a loan phone and was declined saying there 3e non available. Wen the lady called to ask 4 1, she was asked the make of the current phone... Why does it have t be that way, so if I am not a business person with a top class phone I can't get a loan phone that's... I was told it take 24 hours to 14 days.. So I received a text sayin its been booked, 14ayin its been sent to the higher tech ppls and sayin its been assessed.. Last was 22 april 2013 @ 9.55... I called the 0821944 number entered the job number to be told that the phone is ready 4 pick up... Y the was I not notified that the phone is ready to be picked up. Wat kind of servicis this. Well I need my phone anyway business women or not... I have to take care of my parents. I realised that url service hasn't changed in any wat so ever. Get something done about it sooooon
