Vodacom claims that my handset (iPhone 4) that stopped charging has water damage, the phone has never been dropped in the water, the battery went flat and it woulndt charge.
They want to charge me an additional R500 for water damage without any proof of water damage.
As far as I know iPhone 4 has a water damage sensor.
