Was on the line for 45 minutes waiting for an agent only to be told their system is down, they couldnt change their message advising customers!!! To make matters worse while waiting on the cell, phoned from the landline to their customer care line who transferred me to the same line, they didnt even know the system was down, seriously! I then phoned to complain and got transferred. disgusting service. Think vodacom should relook at their activation service considering the number of complaints on this site. Oh and please dont respond with your generic message as you can then look forward to another complaint!!! Thank you
