I upgraded to a new phone. After 5 days, the phone just started going off by itself. It was faulty. I returned it, i was supposed to get a new phone. Kelly was very rude and said i cant get a new phone, and sent it away for repairs. It came back showing no fault. I t was still faulty.
I took it to another branch. Same story. No new phone, was sent away again and came back showing no fault.
I am now sitting without a phone, and am paying for something i dont have. Nobody wants to help me, and they are rude...
