15 Days delivery for new phone contract!

I sucessfully applied for a new contract via Cell C Call Centre on 21 May 2013.Turn around time for phone delivery is 3 to 7 working days. Today, 7 June 2013 still no phone! Apparantly problem with porting! Suppose to get phone on 11 June 2013, which is 15 WORKING DAYS! Don't ever go to Cell C! They don't keep their promises! Stick to Vodacom, even though you pay more!
