Not adhering to billing complaint

17 April i asked Vodacom to increase my data bundle from 1.5 gb to 3 gb, i also asked them the following day to explain to me the difference between a capped and a uncapped contract in which they told me. I then told them that i only want the capped contract. a month later i received a bill of R8000, 00, i phoned them and they said that i used 40 gigs of data on 1 May in which i replied that it was impossible as i asked for a capped contract. i also asked them to listen to the recordings in which up and till today have not. I am cut off from vodacom as i refused to pay that amount until they can prove that i said i asked for an uncapped contract i also sent an email asking them to cancel my contract and bill me for the phone. until today still been billed monthly. now what can i do.
