I took a contract with auto page I needed the tablet top up and gave all the details to Jacob so that he can load it on the system, I went to the shop to finish my shopping since I needed to finish.when I came back I got to the shop where I was given my Tablet but NEVER given the contract, so after 3days while using the Tablet I got an SMS saying my balance is R1100 that gave me a shock.i went back to the shop to enquire but they (Alvin) told me they can't assist until head office reply.today21/11/2013 I called the head office and Cate kept transferring me to other department meanwhile I requested to speak to the Manager, Zakele refused to transfer me to her Manager and as a result nobody assisted or helped me because they keep lying and saying we will get back to you and all they did was to transfer my call to another consultant
