Last November our limit for data was adjusted without us knowing/. For 2 years we had a set limit on our 3g card, allowing us to go over by R100 and then stopping the service. For some reason this did not happen. We received a bill for around R2400. We phoned the call centre numerous times and were promised that this woild be sorted out and investigated. Last month we received a portion back, but there has been no communiocation at all. Every month beacause vodacom says our account is in arrears, which it isnt all our phones are disconnect. This is extremely irrating and we would like to sesolve this matter.
