Data billing monstrosity

Have a limit set on my line permanently
This limit was exceeded by R6500.00. If a limit was set on my line how was it able to exceed this limit and by so much. It should have been cut as soon as the limit was reached. Very frustrated. They have investigated the matter and apologise but they cannot do anything.. we have been with vodacom for 8 years now, don't know if I will continue tO recommend them after such a raw ordeal
