After they promised in an email that they will waiver the 30 day cancellation period because they could not sort out the bad service that i was receiving from them. for the month of may. they still went ahead and withdrew the the funds from my account even after ask them twice to make sure this will not happen.
now they have my money and i am still waiting for them to pay me back. i was promised on Monday 3 June that they will pay me my money back and up to the point of writing this all i get is empty promises
now if i don't pa them they cut my service but they take your money and you have to wait to get it back.
think i will have to take matters to next level if money is not paid back by Friday 7 June
this is really a poor way of doing business
just hope i get my money back some day
