Purchased a groupon voucher for a quad bike ride. After purchased Wild Adventures informed me that I cant use voucher anymore and will receive a refund from Groupon (R300). According to Groupon they refunded me on the 30 April 2013. After waiting 3-5 working days (as per Groupon) there was no money in my bank. After still waiting two weeks for my money Groupon requested my bank statement to confirm that I did not received the money. After sending my statement they informed me that another payment will be made and I have to wait 3-5 working days. Again after 3-5 working days I contacted them because there were still no money in my bank. After speaking to another consultant I was guaranteed that it will be paid. On the 31 May I spoke to Nazley - sales manager- who guaranteed me (AGAIN) that she will sort out the problem and by the 7 June 2013 my money will be in my bank. She also promised me of keeping in touch with me regarding this matter because I am very upset waiting for my money so long. On Friday, 7 June I tried phoning her several times, but no answer to the number she gave me (personal number). This is pathetic!!! Going for the third month waiting for MY MONEY!!!
