In Feb 2013, Deon from NM called confirming that I had opened an account with NM & they could proceed with the necessary debit orders etc. I told him NO, I have not opened an account in NM & I own nothing of any sorts in NM, so please cancel the contract & do not let any money come off my account. He proceeded to ask me to send my ID through & an affidavit which I did & I never heard from it again & thus thought it was all sorted. In May 2013, Mirriam called me questioning me about an outstanding balance on the account and I told her I do not own an account with NM & it was suppose to have been dealt with and cancelled in Feb & I will not pay the amount outstanding as I do not own an account with NM & if the staff had listened in the first place when I said NO we would not be in this situation or if you had followed up after you saw there were irregularities. In June 2013, NM decided out to debit my bank account for an account that I do not own & I did not open against my permission after I told them not to! I have tried on numerous attempts to sort this out and with no response from anyone? I want my money back now? can someone please tell me what is going!!
