Incompetent Employees

I was on holiday in Durban, my wife bought me a new cell phone as a present. I went into the Autopage branch in Gateway shopping centre to get a sim swap as my new cell phone needed a micro sim I think it was the 15th of May, while I was getting the sim swap I asked them to remove Blackberry internet services off my contract and add a 1 meg data bundle as the phone was not a blackberry, after signing all the relevant forms and I was informed by the employee that it had been done. I then received a surprise when I received my bill at the begging on June, my data was over R600 and my BIS was R50, so I was change about R400 more than I should have been if their were competent people working at this branch. I then phoned through to their call centre on Tuesday the 4th of June to complain after waiting about 15min for someone to take a call the lady told me it would be escalated to management and I would be contacted within 24 hours. I received a sms with a reference A1306034657. its now been over 48 hours and I'm yet to receive a call. if this is what service Autopage give maybe its time for me to find a new service provide
