I returned a shoe cupboard to Hyperama Fourways on the 2 June 2013 due to bad workmanship. As it was a Sunday they were unable to do the refund. I submitted all the documentation to them via email on 3rd June 2013. on the 13th June I called to find out why the refund was not in my account and I was advised by the branch manager Mr Brytenbach, that the refund had been done and funds were being held back by my bank! I called my bank and they confirmed that no refund has been received into my account and they were not wihtholding the funds - I called Mr Brytenbach and advised him of this. He told me he would call me back - I am still waiting! On Friday 14th June I got a call from House and Home accounts department advising that reason money was not in my account was because they could not pay into a credit card (I only have a cheque account) I advised the peron of this and that the only account details I had supplied to them was for my cheque account. I demanded that payment be made to me the same day 14/6/13 - To date 17th June 2013, I still do not have the refund in my account. WHAT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
