I have been promised a refund since I was de-registered nearly 31 days ago yet up to this day I am yet to receive my money back from UNISA. All I get is empty promises and the run around. I not only have not received my refund of R7600 back but I can hardly get a hold of any person at UNISA to help me and I am forced to resort to sending emails where I get promised that things are being done but nothing.
The latest I have heard is I now have to wait a full 28 working days to receive my money yet I was I was informed over a month ago that the payment will be done.
Not only has the payment not been done but my case is still waiting for sign off for me to get my money back.
Conveniently I have been de-registered from the institution but to my surprise no refund has been done.
I do not know whether this will help at all as |i have even gone the route of the ombudsman to get my refund but that has been fruitless as well.
