Still waiting for response on complaint

On 6 June I submitted the following complaint to Telkom but have to date not received any response:

Hi. I received a phone call this morning from a Telkom marketer wanting to sell me a Telkom deal. I asked him where Telkom got my name and cellphone number from, because clearly there was a breach of my personal, confidential information somewhere since I have never had a Telkom account. I also asked him where I have given marketing consent since it is a requirement of the New Consumer Protection Act that my my consent is required in order to use my number for this purpose. The person became very rude and angry and told me that I must phone customer care if I want proof of consent.

Thus, my request is as follows:
1.) I want Telkom to provide me with the necessary proof of where I signed to give consent for marketing.
2.) I want to know who provided Telkom with my details or where Telkom got it from.

I request this in terms of the Consumer Protection Act.
