Still paying for cancelled account after 3 months

Cancelled one of my contracts on the 25th of February 2013, but every month they still deduct for the contract.

Cannot get hold of account department, they do not answer the phone. Menlyn branch was unable to help us.

Very disappointed by the bad service we have received.
