HI, I tried to cancel a contract within 7 days due to it being ineffective in the area and i was not instructed of the usage policy and was therefore not in my interest to carry on this contract. I was told i can cancel the contract but must pay for any usages which is fair and am fully prepared to do so. I was now told sorry you cannot cancel and we will debit each month the fees.now the modem etc is at Brooklyn branch already and now they turn around and say something different. Disgusted really really am that they can say 1 thing and do another thing Wake up and lets resolve this!!!
