My banking details changed at the beginning of April, and my banker sent 2 notifications to Nashua Mobile confirming my new details. After hearing nothing from them, I personally went to my nearest branch and changed my details in store. At the beginning of May I was softlocked because I didn't pay my bill (4th May). Turns out, I've been changed to cash payment without being told because someone at Nashua Mobile didn't update my banking details. After paying the outstanding amount, I was again softlocked on the 6th May. On 7 May I went to my branch AGAIN and gave them my new banking details. This past Friday (31st May) I phoned Nashua Mobile to confirm that my banking details were in order for the debit order to go through. According to them everything was fine... but this morning I got yet another SMS saying my line will be blocked if I don't settle my bill. Can Nashua please sort this out?
