Wrongly softlocked

Urgent rectification required. My phone is softlocked due to claiming that I didn't pay my account, whereas it is payed every month via debit order on the 16th of each month. I am making sure that there is always enough money in my bank account. According to my records the last debit order did go through on 16 Sept 2013.
