I been waiting since last year 13 september for Vodacom to resolve my query, instead of cleaning their mess they handed my account over to attorneys. What infuriates me is, they acknowledged that it was their mistake but I don't know why is so difficult for them to help me. I have tried to call different departments for help none of them showed interest in my problem.
