After nearlly 5 months I am still struggling to get my money from Vodacom.
I've complained numerous times, were told three times my account will be credited, empty promises. Then after complaining on HelloPeter I was promised on the 10th of July by ReWards Company (whoever the they are?)that they will do an EFT into my bank account, cause obviously Vodacom is incompetent to fix their own billing errors. Yes, I AM STILL WAITING!
i have just had it with Vodacom, I have not seen such horrific service levels anywhere else (exept Government Departments). How freaking difficult can it be Vodacom? The same way you illegally and without consent activated insurance and debited my account, just reverse your transaction and GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY. with the 5 months' interest!!!
Is there an Ombud or Regulator where Customers can complain about this thievery of Vodacom? Or should we go directly to the Consumer Protection Commission? What I've been through with Vodacom must definately be a contravention of the Consumer Protection Act!
I am so fed up with Vodacom!!
