In 2007 I applied for debt review, after my court case and application was granted all the related information was sent out to all the relative company's. including Vodacom. The problem started with the debt review company that unfortunately changed the account number to a valid vodacom account instead of Auto page. all my money for Four and a half years was now paid into the wrong account as my account is with autopage.

Since ocktober last year i am trying to contact Vodacom, sent Emails and countless calls to no prevail only to speak to different people and different departments to explain everything over and over. No one has yet to contact me or do me the favor of investigating. This is now a problem as i have yet to pay Autopage with interest. I would like Vodacom to contact me, this is very bad service, and i am sure i am not the only one with this type of problem.

I already completed my debt counceling, and been trying to get my money since september last year.
