Going through my bank statements recently I noticed the last 2 months I have been debited R1341 and R670 by Vodacom. I found this very strange as I am not a Vodacom customer, and have absolutely no dealings with Vodacom. On the 4th of July my husband emailed Vodacom, including the CEO & Mr Tswai Eclo, but in typical Vodacom arrogance, no reply. He has since sent another 2 emails to these gentleman, but again, absolutely no response or acknowledgement.
We have since phoned the dreaded call centre, who acknowledged that the deduction is for a cell phone which does not belong to me. How on earth does a mistake like this happen? On every occasion my husband called, Vodacom (to be more specific a Jennalene, Lindiwe Ndluli to name a couple) promised to SMS us back with references immediately and resolve the problem within 48 hours. And still...
NOTHING!!!
Vodacom, where is your mandate to deduct MY MONEY from MY ACCOUNT when I have sweet nothing to do with you. This is!!! & your absolute arrogance and lack of interest in sorting out this issue is SHOCKING to say the least!
Where will I get MY money back? I have a good mind to go to SAPS to lay a charge of!
