IN 8TA - FAILURE TO CANCEL CONTRACT

Failure to cancel contract at end of contract period and to convert number to prepaid number i.e. January 2013.
-Request logs removed from 8ta system in spite of reference numbers/names. Why? AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS TO 8TA!
- Sim card failed - SUSPICIOUS - I did not use phone 4 13 days in January!
- committed in my account during last month of contract - airtime transfer of R2000.00 from my 8ta number to another 8ta number and usage of R1, 426.20 - I was billed.
- 8ta Dept requested me to email them an affidavit stating that I did not carry out the airtime transfer and run up the account - which I did.
- Today I called 8ta again - no request logs on their system - the consultant dropped the call on me!!
- I am FURIOUS! Where to now with 8ta??
