Pure Incompetency

Early part of Feb 2013 I decided to port 2 of my 3 numbers from MTN to Cell C. I went into the store & requested it from Bafana. He took all my details & said that he would proceed with the porting.
On 11 Feb I was requested to provide a purchase order, which I did
Sometime between 11th & 23rd I spoke to Nelson attempting to find out why the porting had not yet happened
On the 23rd of Feb I had 1 correct number ported & another ported that I DID NOT request as it was still on contract. Due to this incompetency I was had to pay an early cancellation penalty to MTN
On the 24th I went to the store informed Nelson about the problem & requested that he ports the original requested number & told him about his fp
On the 10th of March I went to the store & spoke to Nelson to find out why my request was still not completed. I was promised by Nelson that it would be done the next day
On 12th the phone was ported but to a prepaid contract (I requested R800pm contract). I went to the store & spoke to Lindani & he said I must send him a PO & he promised to correct this. I sent the PO within 24 hours
It is now 20th & the fn incompetency continues as the phone is still on prepaid!
