For the past two months ive noticed two debit orders on my account from Mtn service provider, I never signed for a contract at all with Mtn .an amount of R2950 was debited in April and June respectively which has led to my cheque account to be overdrawn, this has definitely had a negative impact on my credit .i contacted the service provider and they informed me that a contract was opened with my banking details used as beneficiary.
Please help with these as it has impacted my credit rating negatively.
