WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

When I opened my account in Oct/Nov 2011, I gave CellC my credit card details with which to debit this account. It was debited until July 2012 - at which point someone decided that they would remove my debit order. This was done WITHOUT my permission. I was only contacted in Nov 2012 and informed that my account was in arrears. And no answer was given as to WHY my debit order was removed.
At this point I gave them my details AGAIN to restore the debit order. Fast forward to March 2013 (I had not heard from CellC since Nov 2012)... I tried to up my credit limit at a store and was declined due to "poor credit rating". I contacted the bank who informed me that the incompetent staff at CellC had inserted the wrong expiry date for my credit card. And failed to contact me again to inform me of their mistake.
They have RUINED my credit rating. I tried to phone the call center, but they don't answer. I e-mailed and received an automated response saying someone would get back to me within 24-48 hours. Nearly 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting. This company is pathetic and my next step will be to contact a lawyer. I want my credit rating restored! They need to stop hiring incompetent staff!!!
