Nedbank phoned me a month ago to advise me that I change my account to a cheque savvy account. With this new account I'll save an incredible amount of banking charges with only having to pay a monthly amount.
I even upped the deal & requested an overdraft amount for if my salary might be late, for debit orders & such.
I got the overdraft because I have a great credit record. Nedbank advised me that they will change all my debit orders from the old account to the new account. Today I realised that they missed one debit order. Now my Credit Record will reflect a negative/late payment for 12 months. THANK YOU NEDBANK! Your promises are reputable!
