Breach of upgrade contract

I upgraded my cellphone to a Black Berry 9320 WHITE at the George branch on 23 May 2013 as per the promotion offered up to today. I am still waiting for my handset and my bank account was dt with said amount. According to George Branch they have problems not receiving handsets from the supplier since last month
How can I pay for a service I did not received according to the contract
I phoned Selina today at the call centre, she put me on hold and disappeared
I phoned Brenda at she said hold on and disappeared
Autopage debited my bank account last month with wrong amount and agreed to refund. Not happening
I logged several queries and complaints M13060255. They ignore me
I can not phone and hold on for ever annymore as I do not have time left
I want my handset as I am relocating out of this area in 2 weeks
I can not find anybody in this Autopage Co to help me. I am a VIP client. Been with them for 12years
