Getting no service at all

Good day,
At first I wanted to get a telkom line installed at my house in Vanderbijlpark. No one is answering the phone and when I got in the shop they were listening to music and not giving me any service.

After I got hold of Santa Breedt from telkom in PTA thing went better. Telkom were at my house to install the line but left after 10 minutes telling me there is something wrong on the pole. they would come and fix it the next day and install the line.

I am waiting now for 5 days without anyone calling me or doing anything. When I phone the call centre they just tell me that they will make a note.

I don't know what to do anymore to get service. Why can't they call me and let me know what is going on. I am the one paying for the service.

If they can get money they are happy but doesn't even do the job properly.

I hope after this someone will come back to me to help.
