Upgrade / Charge Different amount

I upgraded last year for a S3; Rosa sent me an email on Fri 2012/09/07 09:49 AM for the new package; I took it ; Then, later on I realised that I am charge more. I log disputes & finally after several phone calls (Brian, Alaric), I received an email from Alaric on 2012/10/08 03:01 PM stating what I must pay (of course they checked all calls recording).
In March 2013, Autopage added the additional charges again. I keep logging faults & Call -- They keep on passing me from one consultant to another ; There seems to be no one in Autopage who can sort this. Are there no professionals over there? Finally Lebalang sent me an email on 013/08/19 09:13 AM with Ref A1308142255 that I am getting a refunds. I checked my invoice again today & noticed the additional charge still there. They cant charge me more than what was agreed. Autopage is breaching the contract; They cant make me pay more than what was agreed. Am going to return my handset & cancel this contract. Autopage cant fine me for this. My bank will be inform. I am so disappointed with the service of Autopage.
