On the 24th May I went into the MTN Cresta branch to check out options for my upgrade. My husband and I were attended to by a gentleman named Moe. He was professional, friendly, polite and very helpful. In fact, we walked out of MTN with intentions of not upgrading then and there, but decided to turn around and I did my upgrade the same time - all because of the staff in the branch. Moe helped us and he was awesome, but the staff on a whole were professional and friendly. I upgraded and also took a prepaid sim to put into my Blackberry so that I could continue on BBM and I was told that all my network issues would be sorted in 2 - 24 hours, which was duly done. Truly appreciate the good service received - will definitely be going back to the Cresta MTN branch.
