In May month my vodacom contract was blocked i couldn't call, sms or even send an please call me.. So i didn't use any data. I called them about near the end of the month in May and they say my account to pay is R2075.85. I just made a payment of R2000.00 on 4/6/13. Yesterday I got a call from them to say that i must still pay them R1700.00. THats my usage for May month but still my phine was locked. No this morning they blocked it again. I am very dissapointed in vodacom. They can't show me what is the R1700 for. If i knew it will be a problem i wouldn't take a contract at Vodacom. Can I maybe stop the contract?
