Third Class Service for a Third World Country

My phone has been damaged. I took it to the closet Autopage branch - Melrose Arch - who said it would take a whopping 4 - 6 weeks to either fix or replace! This is unacceptable so today I drove the half an hour to Midrand to hand in the phone as this would cut down the repair/replacement time to 2-3 weeks (still ridiculous!). I waited in excess of an hour for my name to be called. In vain. When I went and enquired at the reception desk why another gentleman who had come in after me, was already being assisted the receptionist was appallingly rude to me and basically told me "tough" you'll just have to wait! I couldn't any longer as I have to fetch children from school. An hour and ten minutes PLUS the hours trip and my petrol for nothing. I still have my damaged phone. Autopage hang your head in shame - you charge HUGE fees but are unable to offer your clients decent service. I have 3 contracts with Autopage and for years the service has just been shocking! Today was the cherry on the cake. Third World Service!! Wake-up - it's the 21st Century - it's time to move into the modern world! Time for me to find a decent service provider!
