After receiving communications from Nelisiwe Mthembu that very kindly assisted me and motivated for my phone to be replaced, I handed it in again to the Menlyn branch. I was asked to follow-up with her directly after 6 weeks. I sent her an email a week ago (6 weeks after handing in the phone). No response. I called Autopage again today, only to be advised that my phoned had again "been repaired" and sent to the branch... no notification of this been sent to me. I enquired to the promise of the phone, that has never worked properly since receiving the upgrade 8 months ago, being replaced. I was informed this only happens after the 4th problem? Every time I have to sacrifice my time driving back and forth to an Autopage office, paying additional BBM fees, being forced to use my old Black Berry, having to spend hours on the phone with them for security checks and trying to find someone to is actually in a position to make a decision... and Autopage is happy with their customer service.
Since Aug '12 I've been paying my installments as agreed, when does Autopage actually provide a service for these moneys paid? Please, I am desperate.
