I have upgraded my cell contract in April 2013 and was promised delivery of the new handset within 2-5 work days. A month later and after numerous phone calls the handset has still not been delivered. Response from the call centre in Pretoria was shocking to say the least. No apology, no reason given why phone was sent to an incorrect address, no pro-active feedback at all. Now I am not getting any joy to have my upgrade cancelled.

Pearl Tsabalala, the person handling my query, is either not interested or capable to resolve this matter. There is nowhere else to go to or to contact - only the faceless call centre in Pretoria.

Needless to say that Nashua Mobile has lost my custom as soon as my previous/current contract expires at the end of June. This is if the upgrade finally gets cancelled... Keep me in your prayers...
