Hi There

I applied for a B683 Router with Charlene Vosloo over the phone and everything went smoothly. Problem started when the router was not working and was told the sim was not activated and must allow 24 hours to be acvitivated. Monday the 3rd I returned it to the shop and was told I'll be called back Tuesday the 4th and was not called. I was only called back on Wednesday the 5th was told they are returning it back to the shop which I didnt have a problem with. I started asking if I'm gonna be billed for the time I took delivery of the router or whats gonna happen. Palesa told me I pay for the sim only and I advised i havent used it sop whats going to happen. The manner and the attitude which Palesa spoke to me about saying if I want to take this further i can take it, it just shows they dont have interest in their clients. For some reason the manager thinks I'm upset because they are returning the router back to the manufacturer of which i'm not.
My problem is I can't stand bad attitude and service.
