I am have been a loyal client for MTN for quite some time now and the below issue is making me change my mind.
I have had a contract with MTN with a recurring 1Gb bungle that automatically gets added to my account every month. Being an Iphone user I tent to use a lot of data.
How ever since I took my new upgrade, MTN decided to stop my 1GB bundle with out my consent or my knowledge. Thus resulted in me unknowingly paying out of data rates on my bill at R2.20 p/mbit. Imagine my surprise when I have been billed two R10500 bills over the past two month.
I lodge a complaint in November last year and got told everything was in order. I now am lodging another complaint after I received another R10000 plus bill.
I am not complaining about the data I use, just complaining about the fact that they took my data bundle off with out telling me and forcing me to pay out of data rates.
