3rd attempt and still no luck!

This is the 3rd month that the problem has not been rectified. I have requested a Data Bundle be added for the past 3 months and each time I am told this has been done. When I receive the next month's statement no data bundle exists. This has now cost me close to R3000. Originally iw as told that I don't need a bundle as extra data is charged at the same rate per MB on or off bundle, this turned out to not be true. Its pointless calling the help line as no one there seems to be trained and able to help.
