MISREBLE EXPERIENCE - WONT RECOMMEND AUTOPAGE

I've been robbed twice with my cell phone within a space of 3 months. I've put in a claim for my phone to be replaced and was given a new phone after 3 weeks after being promised my phone will be delivered between 7 and 9 days of claiming.

During the 3 weeks, I had to follow up constantly on the process, whereby neither my emails or calls were returned. Eventually when my mobile was delierved to me it was taken back by the couier company because the details on my invoice was in correct. I had to wait an additional 3 days for the to be rectified. It was a miserable 3 weeks especially as it was my first time EVER claiming from any insurance.

This time around, I am experiencing the same ordeal. I've put in a claim on the 21 May 2013 and to date I have no phone. Fortunately I have a Consultant by the name of Karin Du Toit @ Finrite Insurance who is very helpful, she has done her part of the process and awaits "feedback" for my sales order to be processed from Head Office despite following up with them daily with no response.

I will be taking this up with the Ombudsman if I do not get feedback by Friday the 08 June 2013
