POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE

I applied for a contract with Cell C on the 24/25 June 2013 and had my number ported by them. I collected my handset on the 29 June to discover that they had chosen the wrong package for me. Chad then said that they would need to do a store cancellation. it took them 5 business days to complete, upon collection the 2nd time round on the 6July, it was wrong again. they then needed to do another store cancellation. i was so fed-up i told Chad that i was cancelling my contract request as they couldn't process a simple request. He then agreed to cancel my deal and have my number released in order for me to port my number back to Mtn. it is now the 23 July and i still am unable to have my number reported because they did not do a port CANCELLATION as requested. Raeesa is so unprofessional calling my 'angel', my 'darling'. i told her i dont appreciate it and to please refrain from using it. long story short, Cell C big time. i have NO contract or WORKING CELL NUMBER because NO one is doing their jobs. i am considering going to the ombudsman. Their staff don't seem to understand the CONSUMER ACT.
