My Contract with Cell C, come's to and end on the 28th July 2013, I Went to the Cell C store in The Pavillion, on the 22th of June fill in a cancellation form, the assistant faxed the form to cell c, and told me i should contact the call centre on Monday the 24th to confirm cancellation, it will take 30 days to cancel, i called the call centre on the 24th and the consultant confirmed, that will be canceled on the 28th of july, i ask her for a ref no and she gave me 1, I called Cell C call centre today the 27th of July, quoted my ref no, and asked if my contract will be canceled tomorrow, cos i am porting my no to another network provider, the consultant, told me, there is nothing on the system, my contract has not been canceled, and i should call the cancellation department, How the will it not be on the system, if i have a ref no, Cell C is a Joke and a Ripp Off, I had 2 years of service and now they messing up my life by not Cancelling my contract so i can port my number, i waited a whole month, I WANT OUT NOW! your'lls calls are RECORDED, PULL UP MY NUMBER AND LISTEN TO THE RECORDING, here is my REF NO 1306044000091393
