BEEN 9 YEARS WITH CELL C AND IT IS COMING TO END

It is too long to write here - but I have out of desperation escalated this to Andrew Sabre at the CEO's office, where he has passed the buck everytime to the Manager at repairs who is not to be a called a Manager's backside. I have now yesterday phoned again Lucky Mpofu, who is a Manager. He has promised me at 12h15 that he would return my call within 1 hour, I phoned again at 15h00, where I was promised by his PA that they would contact me before the end of the day, which also not happened. At 10h26, I phoned his office again and had to hold on for a long time, where I was promised again that I would be phoned within 15 minutes. Still nothing and it is 11h45 now. I am shocked with this and will once our 4 contracts expire, take the business elsewhere! This is unacceptable - should you not have an answer, at least come back to the client and give them regular updates. I do not know where Cell C employs these people from, but I really had hope yesterday that this Manager will do something but still nothing!
