Hi its been over a week now and no response from cell c on what they intend on doing to my phone. When i gave my phone to cell c it was still working i could still make and recieve calls just the screen was blank. They claim to say my phone is liquid damaged but how can a liquid damaged phone still work. Cell c was given my phone for 2 months it was couriered to and from how do i know that it wasnt damaged by them and the phone only worked for - 4 months how do i know its not a factory fault. The biggest disappointment with Cell C is that they advertise on TV best customer service they willing to go the extra mile for they customers but yet when we give them the phone they just say theres nothing they can do they dont offer a back up service and if you dont want to pay your contract its not a problem they will just list you in the credit bearu my personal opinion is that they dont value they customers they just have a dont care attitude i dont see myself taking another contract with Cell C if they dont go out of they way to help me at the moment am forced to pay for something thats not in use IMEI: 351602054630353 NB phone was given to Cell C it was still in the 6 months CPA act
